KRS 44.001: Definitions for chapter.

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Local government" means any city, county, urban -county government,

consolidated local government, charter county government, or unified local

government of the Commonwealth;

(2) "Warrant" has the same meaning as in KRS 41.010; and

(3) "Writing" or "writte n" means letters, words, or numbers, or their equivalent, set

down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing, magnetic

impulse, mechanical or electronic recording, or other form of data compilation.
