KRS 44.010: Claims upon State Treasury, how paid.

All claims upon the State Treasury that are authorized by law shall be paid when due by

the State Treasurer to the person entitled to the amount claimed. The warrant for such

payment shall be issued by the Finance and Administration Cabinet upon such proof of

services performed or of demand made as is required by law.
