KRS 45A.060: Relationship with using agencies.

Where this section sits in the code

The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall maintain a close and

cooperative relationship with the using agencies of the Commonwealth. Any using

agency may at any time make recommendations concerning procurement to the secretary.
