KRS 45A.490: Definitions for KRS 45A.490 to 45A.494.

As used in KRS 45A.490 to 45A.494:

(1) "Contract" means any agreement of a governmental body, including grants and

orders, for the purchase or disposal of supplies, services, construction, or any other

item; and

(2) "Governmental body" has the same meaning as in KRS 45A.030.
