KRS 509.030: Unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.

(1) A person is guilty of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree when he

knowingly and unlawfully restrains another person.

(2) Unlawful imprisonment in the second degree is a Class A misdemeanor.
