KRS 58.520: Development of museum.

If the authority deems it advisable, it may further develop the museum at Churchill

Downs and, in connection therewith, establish a facility and devices through which prior

Kentucky Derby and other important races run at Churchill Downs may be exhibited to

patrons of Churchill Downs during race meetings and to off-season tourist visitors.
