KRS 58.530: Use of facilities for events other than horse racing.

The authority may also conduct or permit the conduct of other athletic and entertainment

events at Churchill Downs and the use of its facilities in connection therewith, provided

such activities or events do not conflict with or impinge upon the proper operation thereof

primarily as a racetrack.
