KRS 66.470: Purchases by political subdivisions from United States government.

  1. KRS Chapter 66

Whenever authorized by ordinance or resolution by its legislative authority, any political

subdivision of the state shall have power to purchase supplies, materials or equipment

from or through the United States government without calling for bids, notwith standing

any law or charter provision to the contrary.
