KRS 67.914: Public hearings on unification plan.

The unification review commission shall hold at least one (1) public hearing prior to

finalizing its plan to combine county government with one (1) or more cities within the

county into a unified local government. The commission may hold additional public

hearings as determined by the commission. Notice setting forth the time, date, location,

and purpose of the public hearing shall be published as required by KRS Chapter 424.
