KRS 67.916: Approval of unification plan by commission.

Following its final public hearing, the unification review commission shall vote on the

proposed unification plan as presented or as modified by the commission. A unification

plan approved by a majority vote of the commission members shall be submitted to the

registered voters in the county for a vote at the next regular election.
