KRS 67.990: Penalties.

(1) Any officer who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 67.020 is guilty of

misfeasance in office, and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100).

(2) Any officer who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 67.090(2) shall be

fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) for

each offense.
