KRS 67.992: Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of KRS 67.082 relating to the use of poisons shall

be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or

imprisoned for not less than ten (10) days, nor more than three (3) months, or both.
