KRS 72.270: Trust and agency fund for fees.

Fees collected pursuant to KRS 72.210 to 72.275 shall be deposited in the State Treasury

and credited to a trust and agency fund to help defray the cost of carrying out the

provisions of KRS 72.210 to 72.275.
