KRS 72.275: Persons enforcing law immune from liability.

Anyone participating in good faith pursuant to KRS 72.210 to 72.275 or the

administrative regulations of the secretary of justice and public safety shall have

immunity from any civil liability that might otherwise be incurred or imposed.
