KRS 83A.043: Laws governing election of city officers and dates for primary and regular

elections.

(1) Election of city officers shall be governed by the provisions of KRS Chapters 116 to

121, except as provided in this chapter.

(2) Dates on which primary and regu lar elections are to be held shall be governed by

the provisions of KRS 118.025, except as provided in this chapter.
