KRS 95.776: Funeral expense benefit.

Whenever an active or retired policeman or firefighter dies from any cause, the board of

trustees shall appropriate from the pension fund a sum not exceeding one hundred dollars

($100), made payable to the widow or family, for funeral expenses.
