KRS 95.777: Persons entitled to benefits.

No person shall be entitled to receive any pension from the said pension fund under KRS

95.761 to 95.784 except a regularly retired member or a regular member in the said police

or fire department, his widow, or children under the age of fourteen (14) year s, or

dependent mother or father.
