KRS 95.991: Penalties.

Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, or falsifies, or permits to be

falsified, any record or records of the fund defined by KRS 95.851, in any attempt to

defraud the fund, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than $500 or

imprisoned in the county jail not less than twelve (12) months, or both, and the fund shall

have the right to recover any payments made under false representations.
