KRS 95A.010: Application of chapter.

(1) This chapter shall apply to the personnel of all fire departments in the state whether

paid or unpaid, or both.

(2) Except as expressly provided in this chapter, nothing herein contained shall be

deemed to limit the powers, rights, duties, and responsibili ties of municipal or

county governments, or the Firefighters' and Policemen's Civil Service Act.
