Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 111, § 15: Services for division of animal health

Section 15. The department may perform for the division of animal health, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon, such services in its laboratory as may be necessary in the examination of materials from animals suspected of being infected with glanders, tuberculosis, rabies or other diseases of domestic animals.
