Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 111, § 16: Unsanitary condition of barns, stables or enclosures in which cattle are kept; report

Section 16. The department shall report to the director of animal health all cases brought to its attention where barns, stables or other enclosures, in which neat cattle, other ruminants or swine are kept, are in an unsanitary condition.
