Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 160, § 172: Reasonable passenger accommodations

Section 172. Every railroad corporation shall furnish reasonable accommodations for the convenience and safety of passengers; and for every wilful neglect to provide the same shall forfeit not less than five nor more than twenty dollars.
