Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 176A, § 12: Publication of assets and liabilities

Section 12. When any such non-profit hospital service corporation publishes its assets it shall in the same connection and with equal conspicuousness publish its liabilities, both computed on the basis allowed for its annual statements.
