Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 176A, § 13: Hospitalization and medical service for officers and employees of corporation

Section 13. Any non-profit hospital service corporation may provide for the issuance to its employees of hospital service coverage, medical service coverage, and reimbursement for other health coverage. The term ''employee'' as used in this section shall include an officer.
