Mich. Comp. Laws § 322.310: Unimproved lands; secured sums, recovery.

Sec. 10.

In all cases where security has been taken from the purchaser, pursuant to the provisions of the seventh section of this chapter, the commissioner shall have power to sue for and recover all such sums as may become due and payable for which such security was given.
