Mich. Comp. Laws § 322.311: Improved school and university lands; sale; appraisal of improvements.

Sec. 11.

All the improved portions of the university and school lands remaining unsold, shall be subject to sale at the respective prices at which they were severally offered at the last annual public sales, until the improvements on the same shall have been appraised as provided in this chapter.
