Sec. 76116.
A person who violates section 76105 or 76106 is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or a fine of not more than $100.00, or both.
A person who violates sections 76107 or 76111 or a rule promulgated under this part is guilty of a misdemeanor. Unless another penalty is provided in this part, a person convicted of a misdemeanor under this subsection is punishable by imprisonment for not more than 6 months, or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
