Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.21720: Nursing home administrator required.

Sec. 21720.

The department shall not license a nursing home under this part unless that nursing home is under the direction of a nursing home administrator licensed under article 15.

Each nursing home having 50 beds or more shall have a full-time licensed nursing home administrator. If a nursing home changes nursing home administrators, the nursing home immediately shall notify the department of the change.
