Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.26218a: Report by generator; contents; preparation and presentation of summary.

Sec. 18a.

By October 1 of each year, or as otherwise required by the authority, a generator shall report to the authority the following information about the waste it generates:

Volume of waste.

Curie content and principal radionuclides present.

Form of waste.

Methods used to store waste.

Any other information about the waste that the authority considers necessary or helpful in implementing its duties under this act.

A summary of information reported under subsection (1) shall be prepared by the authority and presented to the appropriate standing committees of the senate and house of representatives of the legislature that primarily address issues pertaining to the environment and natural resources.
