Mich. Comp. Laws § 460.311: Repeal of MCL 460.301 to 460.303; effect on certain public service commission orders.

Sec. 1.

The repeal of Act No. 144 of the Public Acts of 1909, being sections 460.301 to 460.303 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, did not alter or void any order issued by the Michigan public service commission authorizing the issue of securities under Act No. 144 of the Public Acts of 1909.
