Mich. Comp. Laws § 460.312: Jurisdiction of commission over stocks, bonds, or other evidences of indebtedness.

Sec. 2.

Notwithstanding the repeal of former Act No. 144 of the Public Acts of 1909, being sections 460.301 to 460.303 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, the Michigan public service commission shall continue to have jurisdiction over any stocks, bonds, or other evidences of indebtedness that were issued pursuant to an order of the commission under former Act No. 144 of the Public Acts of 1909.
