Sec. 1.

One or more persons may be the incorporators of a corporation under this act by signing in ink and filing articles of incorporation for the corporation which shall be in the form prescribed by section 202 of Act No. 284 of the Public Acts of 1972, being section 450.1202 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The articles shall specify that the purpose is to form a telephone corporation for profit and to engage in the telephone business.

A corporation organized under this act shall be governed by Act No. 284 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, being sections 450.1101 to 450.2099 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
