Mich. Comp. Laws § 722.1060: List of unsafe children's products; maintenance; availability; providing list to inspectors of child care facility and persons providing child care.

Sec. 10.

The department shall maintain a comprehensive list of children's products that have been identified as meeting any of the criteria set forth in sections 5 and 6. The department shall make the comprehensive list available to the public at no cost and shall post it on the internet and encourage links.

The department shall provide a copy of the list of unsafe children's products to any individual required by the department to inspect a child care facility for the purpose of issuing or renewing a license or certificate of registration.

The department may work with the family independence agency to provide a copy of the list of unsafe children's products to each person providing child care.
