Mo. Rev. Stat. § 162.1055: School districts soliciting enrollment of a nonresident student, prohibited — activities in schools to be determined by district.

No school district shall solicit the enrollment of a nonresident student. For the purpose of determining eligibility to participate in high school activities, the rules of any association governing such activities to which the district belongs shall govern.
