Mo. Rev. Stat. § 162.1057: State aid, nonresident student enrolled in option district to be counted as resident.

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 163 to the contrary, for the purposes of determining state aid, a nonresident student enrolled pursuant to sections 162.1040 to 162.1059 in an enrollment option district shall be counted as a resident pupil.
