Mo. Rev. Stat. § 210.521: Assistance for division in licensure of foster homes.

1. The division may designate to act for it a licensed child placing agency to inspect and recommend for licensure foster homes and prospective foster homes either utilized by or to be utilized by that child placing agency.

2. The division may designate to act for it an instrumentality of any political subdivision of the state of Missouri deemed by the division to be competent to assist in investigating and inspecting licensees and applicants for license.
