Mo. Rev. Stat. § 210.526: Grievance procedure for decisions of division, requirements — judicial review authorized.

1. Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the division made in the administration of sections 210.481 to 210.536 shall be entitled to judicial review as provided in chapter 536.

2. The division shall establish a grievance procedure which shall be available to licensees under sections 210.481 to 210.536 and shall inform all licensees of that procedure in writing.
