Mo. Rev. Stat. § 226.1115: Property removed from roadway to be taken to shoulder or berm of roadway.

If the department of transportation removes property from any roadway of this state pursuant to section 304.155, such property shall be immediately taken to the shoulder or berm of the roadway, and the department employees shall not use a wrecker, tow truck or roll-back in the removal process.
