Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.795: Bobby Plager Memorial Highway designated for a portion of I-64 in St. Louis City.

That portion of Interstate 64 between Jefferson Avenue and Tucker Boulevard located in the City of Saint Louis shall be designated as "Bobby Plager Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
