Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.796: WWII Henry Archie Black Memorial Bridge designated in Polk County.

The bridge on State Highway P crossing over Lindley Creek in Polk County shall be designated the "WWII Henry Archie Black Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
