Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.819: Police SGT Herschel Turner Jr memorial bridge designated for bridge on State Highway 367 in St. Louis County.

The bridge on State Highway 367 crossing over Chambers Road in St. Louis County shall be designated the "Police SGT Herschel Turner Jr Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
