Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.820: James W Brooks memorial highway designated for a portion of I-70 in St. Louis City and St. Louis County.

The portion of Interstate 70 from Union Boulevard continuing west to State Highway U in St. Louis City and St. Louis County shall be designated as "James W Brooks Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
