Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.871: Officer James Muhlbauer K-9 Officer Champ memorial bridge designated on a bridge on I-70 in Jackson County.

The bridge on Interstate 70 crossing over CST Van Brunt Boulevard in Jackson County shall be designated as "Officer James Muhlbauer K-9 Officer Champ Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
