Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.875: Corporal Richard E Rutherford memorial highway designated on a portion of State Highway 161 in Montgomery County.

The portion of State Highway 161 from CRD Meadowlark Road continuing north to State Highway CC in Montgomery County shall be designated the "Corporal Richard E Rutherford Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
