The portion of State Highway A from Hopewell Church Road continuing east to State Highway 161 in Montgomery County shall be designated the "PFC Byron Lea Brown Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
