Chapter 60 - County Surveyors and Land Surveys

Deputies may be appointed by any county surveyor who, before they proceed to discharge their duties, shall take an oath to discharge faithfully, truly and well the duties of deputy surveyors. All deputy county surveyors shall be registered land surveyors.
