Mo. Rev. Stat. § 9.159: Minority organ donor awareness month designated for the month of August.

The month of August shall be known as "Minority Organ Donor Awareness Month". The citizens of this state are encouraged to observe the month with appropriate events and activities to raise awareness of organ donation by all ethnic groups and the need for organ donors.
