26-2-509: Certificate of clerk to witness to obtain payment.

The clerk of any court before which a witness has attended on behalf of the state or county in a civil action shall give to the witness a certificate under seal of travel and attendance that entitles the witness to receive the amount stated in the certificate from the state or county treasurer.
