26-2-510: Application of sections exempting from advance payment.

The provisions of 26-2-508 and 26-2-509 extend to all actions and proceedings brought in the name of the attorney general, any other person or persons for the benefit of the state or county, or any other person or persons for the benefit of a public defender, as defined in 47-1-103.
