- Part 1. General Provisions
A domestic mutual, stock, or reciprocal insurer, organized for the purpose of transacting insurance business as set forth in 33-9-102, shall organize under the provisions of Title 33 and be regulated as therein provided. The provisions of this part govern whenever in conflict with other laws or parts of laws of any state.
